A: If you have the a SimpliSafe basic smart home kit, you can upgrade to SimpliSafe Professional Monitoring to unlock additional protection and savings.
To upgrade, follow the instructions below.
In the menu of your SimpliSafe mobile app or online account, select "Activate New Service" from the menu
Click "Add or Upgrade Monitoring" and follow the on screen instructions to get set up on a Pro monitoring plan
After upgrading, you will see the new discount reflected on your Hippo policy in the next few days
