A: Your Hippo Claims Concierge is there to help in any way that we can to ensure prompt, courteous and empathetic service to our customers before, during, and after a claim.
We provide an extra layer of customer service to help address our customers' needs throughout the process. This includes setting up the claim, securing temporary housing, assigning vendor partners, and setting expectations for the next steps. Hippo Claims Concierge also makes proactive calls or sends emails out to our customers in the event of wildfires, hailstorms, hurricanes, and tornados to ensure our customers know how to get a hold of us if they need to file a claim.
