A: Hippo uses several inspection methods in handling your claim. If your claim meets certain criteria (loss type, location, etc.), our primary goal is to pair you with one of our trusted contractors in our Preferred Partner Network. If that is not possible, we can send an inspector to your home, or we may be able to, with some small assistance from you, get all the information we need with video technology over the phone.
