A: Hippo will invoice your lender directly. The only things you need to take care of are:
Make sure your lender has the invoice and your Evidence of Insurance (EOI). You can download both of these documents anytime through our Customer Portal.
If your lender changes, update your lender information so we can provide the EOI and also stay current with your premium payments. You can edit this information anytime through our Customer Portal.
